Bakerās Notes
Incase you need to hear it! Making cinnamon sugar at home couldnāt be simpler. Just stir together 1/2 cup of granulated sugar with 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, depending on how warmly spiced you like things. I often lean heavier on the cinnamon and lighter on the sugar for a cozier flavor. Give it a quick stir (or shake it in a small jar), and itās ready to use. Any extra keeps beautifully in an airtight container, and I love having it on handāitās one of those small kitchen comforts that never fails to make a morning feel special. It always reminds me of my mom, who kept a little jar of it near the stove for sprinkling over toast.
